2011 BMW 5 Series Touring is now official

BMW released photos and details about the new BMW 5 Series Touring. Measuring 4.907 mm in lenght, 1.860 mm width and 1.462 mm height, the wheelbase has only 2.970 mm - with 2 mm longer than the 4-door model. BMW 5 Series Touring comes with a new body, but its worth noticing the boot space of 560 L - expandable to 1670. The base version of BMW 5 Series Touring is running by and engine capable to develop 204 HP and a torque of 270 Nm. The fuel consumption for this type of engine is low as 7.9 L.

The sportier model will be the BMW 5 Series Touring 535i, with his turbo-engine developing 306 HP, and engine which it should reach 100 km per H in only 6 seconds. There are 2 other engine choises, 1 generating 184 HP and the other 245 HP and 540 Nm. READ More for photos and video.
