 To celebrate 20th anniversary of the world's best-selling 2-seater roadser, Mazda will introduce on the UK's market a special version of the MX-5 sportscar, named "Mazda MX-5 20th anniversary Limited Edition". The new Mazda MX-5 20th Limited Edition will go on sale from 1 March 2010, and will have a price tag of £16.850, nearly $26.500.

The anniversary Mazda MX-5 features as standard electric and heated door mirrors, electric windows and remote central locking with deadlocks and remote boot release. Inside, customers will find a leather steering wheel, gear knob and hand-brake, mp3 radio/cd audio system with 6 speakers and an AUX input for mp3 and iPod connection.
Mazda MX-5 20th anniversary Limited Edition will be produced in only 600 units and it will be seen in dealers showrooms starting 1 March 2010. If you want to buy one, you have 3 colours to choose from, each reminding of the original 1990 launch colours : red, white and blue. Besides the beauty, you will get power, in the form of a 1.8 L petrol engine, attached to a 5-speed manual gearbox, generating 126 horse power. Mazda MX-5 20th anniversary Limited Edition can reach 100 km/h in 9.9 seconds, with a top speed of almost 195 km/h. This new MX-5 has a fuel economy of only 5.82 L per 100 km. CO2 emissions are low, only 167 g/km.
