The Toyota Venza has long been rumored to be entering the Chinese market, however only until recently has the crossover product been sighted in China. The Venza was shown to a group of Guangzhou-Toyota management at a recent event, of course a single phone camera picture was enough to tell Chinese media that the car is coming to town ASAP.

Reports say that it will be an import sold via GZ-Toyota, but realistically if sales take off we can see the Venza becoming a locally produced vehicle, the Highlander was originally sold as an import but was quickly introduced to Chinese production lines to keep up with demand for the large SUV.
