The 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS has been released

2011 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS The new Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS will be powered by the same engines also used in the Carrera GTS, the 3.8 L engine from the Carrera S. The engine how delivers with 23 horse power more thanks to the tweaked intake duct, a total of 408 HP and 420 Nm of torque. The Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Coupe equipped with the 7-speed PDK gearbox reach the 100 km/h mark in 4.4 seconds, while Cabriolet in 4.8 secs. As standard, the 911 Carrera 4 GTS has a 6-speed manual gearbox installed. The PDK (Porsche-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe) can be ordered separately.

In terms of fuel consumption, the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS has a combined cycle ranging between 10.5 and 11.2 L of fuel per 109 km, depending on body style and gearbox.

At the exterior, there's no big difference between the models, except the reflective stripe between the taillights. Both models runs on 19" RS Spyder alloys finished in high-gloss black.

In United Kingdom and Germany, the 2011 911 Porsche Carrera 4 GTS will go on sale starting July 2011.

In Germany the Coupe will be sold at a price of 111.956 euros, while Cabriolet at 122.071 euros (including country-specific equipment and 19% VAT)
