The 1st official photos of the 2011 Renault Modus and 2011 Renault Grand Modus was revealed today. 2011 Renault Modul/Grand Modus will soon be selling in France starting this September, with prices between 14.450€ and 19.550€ for the Modus and 14.450€ and 20.550€ for the Grand Modus. These 2 new models will be available in 4 configurations, "Authentique", "Expression", "Dynamique" and "Exception". "Authentique" will run on 15" Faraway wheels and in terms of security : ABS, EBA, front airbags and head/thorax airbags are included. "Expression" has climate control, heated electric mirror, 40W radio-CD.

"Dynamique" has some extra features, like : tinted rear glass, chrome deails, 15" Taranils wheels, leather steering wheel and gear knob, curtain aibags, rain sensors, automatic climate control, electric rear windows and dedicated cornering lights. The new Modus will be powered by 3 engines : 1.2, 1.6 16V and TCE 100 - engines that generates between 75 and 112 horse power.

The top of the range Modus features the 1.6 16V engine, delivering 112 horse power at 6000 rotations per minute and 151 Nm of torque. 2011 Modus will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.3 seconds and it can reach the top speed of 184 km/h.
