New pictures of the 3rd generation of Suzuki Swift, which will go on sale in United Kingdom  starting this autumn was released. You can see the new Suzuki Swift in action, profile, and an interior shot. The new Suzuki Swift is one of the cleanest petrol engine Superminis on sale, with emissions lowered at 116 g/km. The new Suzuki Swift is longer with 90mm, the wheelbase has been increased. The height is 10mm higher then it's previous version. In terms of performanced, the new Suzuki Swift comes with a 1.2 L engine, with Dual VVT incorporated, producing 94 horse power at 6.000 rotations per minute, with a maximum torque of 118 Nm at 4.800 rotation per minute.

With a fuel consumption of just 4.16 L per 100 km, the new Suzuki Swift has an improvement over the previous 1.3 L unit, reducing the fuel with over 30 l/km. The car maker is planning to introduce a 1.3 L engine in UK  in 2011, this engine emits 109g/km of CO2, and it has an outstanding fuel consuptiom of just 3.5 l/km.
